A first official look at Anthony Hopkins and Olivia Colman In the Father, the upcoming drama movie directed by Florian Zeller based on a script he co-wrote with Christopher Hampton:

Plot synopsis:
“A man refuses all assistance from his daughter as he ages. As he tries to make sense of his changing circumstances, he begins to doubt his loved ones, his own mind and even the fabric of his reality.”

Let’s hope there will be a cure for Alzheimer’s disease in a not too distant future…

THE FATHER

Besides Anthony Hopkins and Olivia Colman, the cast also includes Olivia Williams, Rufus Sewell, Evie Wray, Mark Gatiss, Imogen Poots, and Ayesha Dharker.

The film has yet to get an official release date.
