:)
I am the second son, of five, of Peter Weeks, a founder member of the Guinea-Pig club. He went on to become the Head Master of one of England’s best known Preparatory Schools, St Edmund’s in Hindhead, Surrey. My Godfather was Wing Commander Geoffrey Page another founder member who also wrote “Tale of a Guinea Pig” McIndoe was truly a great surgeon and human being. After the death of my father, where I was able, I, or one of my brothers would attend the annual reunions of the club with my mother, Pamela (nee Waterton) who had been a member of the WRAF and had also had the distinction of being operated on by the great man, not for war wounds but for a cut on her hand which she got from opening a sardine can! this was at the time of a visit to my Father whilst he was in hospital. She used to tell me that Archie put in sixteen stitches and she was given a shot of penicillin. I have often wondered if this made her a Guinea Doe!
Hello, I was wondering if a character named Bill or William Cruickshank will be in the movie. As he is a relative of mine.
Many thanks

Oh, and he was one of the first members of the guinea pig club too.
