Bard (Luke Evans) is facing the evil dragon Smaug (voiced by Benedict Cumberbatch) on the first official poster of The Hobbit 3 The Battle of the five Armies, the upcoming adventure fantasy movie directed by Peter Jackson:

For those who haven’t read Tolkien’s novel the film is based on, do you bet on the dragon or on Bard? Why?
