The fifth installment in the Underworld movie franchise is officially titled Underworld Blood Wars. Take a look to the movie logo:

The film is directed by Anna Foerster based on a script by Cory Goodman. It will come to theaters on October 14, 2016. Update: The film has been pushed back to January 6, 2017.
