The marketing team at 20th Century Fox came up with a digital billboard (yep, a motion poster in the wild) to promote War For The Planet Of The Apes, the upcoming action science-fiction drama movie sequel directed by Matt Reeves. Take a look below:

You must go before the fighting begins.
I am sorry war has begun.

the ape Caesar (Andy Serkis)
“In War for the Planet of the Apes, the third chapter of the critically acclaimed blockbuster franchise, Caesar (Andy Serkis) and his apes are forced into a deadly conflict with an army of humans led by a ruthless Colonel (Woody Harrelson). After the apes suffer unimaginable losses, Caesar wrestles with his darker instincts and begins his own mythic quest to avenge his kind. As the journey finally brings them face to face, Caesar and the Colonel are pitted against each other in an epic battle that will determine the fate of both their species and the future of the planet.”
Yep, kind of boring, but better than nothing, I guess…
The cast includes Andy Serkis, Woody Harrelson, Steve Zahn, Judy Greer, Karin Konoval, Amiah Miller, Terry Notary.
Release date: July 14, 2017.
Update – A teaser poster:
:)
If you are going to use firearms in a movie and pay someone, an”expert”, the last place I expect to see a mistake is in the bloody trailer. Woody pulls the slide back on a 1911 style, single action pistol. He points it at the apes forehead and clearly when the viewpoint is changed the hammer is still in the down position. As a gunsmith with 26 years under my belt I would love to hear the excuse for this unacceptable mistake by your firearms expert. I love movies but hate seeing mistakes that are so easy to avoid. Thanks for hearing my rant.
