Director John Hillcoat is bringing us The Road, a post-apocalyptic movie based on the bleak novel of the same title written by Cormac McCarthy. Here below four new preview clips of the Road:

Plot:
“A post-apocalyptic tale of a man and his son trying to survive by any means possible.”
I thought it would be hard to convey the feeling of despair described in Cormac McCarthy’s novel. But Director John Hillcoat did manage it quite well in his movie adaptation of The Road. But the great performances of Viggo Mortensen, Kodi Smit-McPhee and the rest of the cast definitely contributes to that feat too.
