The Grandfather should have custody because he has raised her from a baby why would you disrupt her life and put her with strangers. Now that doesn’t mean she should not get to know her dads side of the family and have visitation.

The Grandmother for share custody first….and he said its NOT going to happen…Now this is clear that the grandfather is selfish and do not care about the well being of his granddaughter he just do not want to be alone. Share Custody is the best solution because the child needs both side of the family. NO one wins here its all about doing the BEST thing for the child. The little girl wants both family its in the child best interest. Period
