A first official look at Come As You Are, the upcoming drama comedy movie directed by Richard Wong from a script by Erik Linthorst and starring Grant Rosenmeyer, Hayden Szeto, Ravi Patel, Gabourey Sidibe, Janeane Garofalo, C.S. Lee, Jennifer Jelsema, Martha Kuwahara, Delaney Feener, and Asta Philpot:
“Inspired by a true story – three young men with disabilities (Grant Rosenmeyer, Hayden Szeto, Ravi Patel) flee their overbearing parents for a road trip to a brothel in Montreal that caters to people with special needs, in order to lose their virginity and embrace their independence. Gabourey Sidibe stars as their nurse driver, Janeane Garofalo and C.S. Lee also star as concerned parents hot on their trail. A remake of the award winning, critically acclaimed 2011 Belgian film HASTA LA VISTA.”
They sure make for a funny team. Can’t wait to see the film!
