Fantastic Beasts Movie Trailer

There’s a new extended trailer for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, the upcoming fantasy adventure movie directed by David Yates and adapted from the textbook by J.K. Rowling:

J.K. Rowling invites you to explore a new era of the wizarding world

Plot synopsis:
“The film opens in 1926 as Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) has just completed a global excursion to find and document an extraordinary array of magical creatures. Arriving in New York for a brief stopover, he might have come and gone without incident…were it not for a No-Maj (American for Muggle) named Jacob (Dan Fogler), a misplaced magical case, and the escape of some of Newt’s fantastic beasts, which could spell trouble for both the wizarding and No-Maj worlds.”

Fantastic Beasts is maybe set in the wizarding world, but it doesn’t feel like Harry Potter. It’s definitely its own thing. Good or bad?

The film will be released in theaters on November 18, 2016.
