Plot synopsis:
“Shot from the point of view of surveillance cameras, drones and first person footage, Higher Power will follow Joe, a man who wakes up in an alley and discovers his life is under the control of a brilliant psychopath bent on domination and revenge. The story explores what happens when an ‘Average Joe’ is given the uncontrollable power of a god.”
