I’ve just spotted the first official trailer of I Am Michael, the upcoming biography drama movie directed by Justin Kelly from an script he co-wrote with Stacey Miller based on the magazine article “My Ex-Gay Friend” by Benoit Denizet Lewis and starring James Franco, Zachary Quinto, Emma Roberts, and Charlie Carver:

“The controversial true story depicts a gay activist Michael Glatze (James Franco) who rejects his homosexuality and becomes a Christian pastor.”

So basically it’s the story of a gay man who became straight, but the fact he decided to become a bigot Christian pastor just makes the whole thing hilarious. Wondering about something: how does he dream about Jesus at night? Piously or lascivious? lol!
