Here’s a first official look at Actress Natalie Portman as Jackie Kennedy (the wife of the 35th President of the United States, John F. Kennedy, and First Lady of the United States during his presidency from 1961 until his assassination in 1963) in Jackie, the upcoming biography drama movie directed by Pablo Larrain based on a script by Noah Oppenheim:
“An account of the days of First Lady, Jacqueline Kennedy (portrayed by Natalie Portman), in the immediate aftermath of John F. Kennedy’s assassination in 1963.”
She doesn’t really look like Jackie Kennedy, compare them below:
That said, Natalie Portman is a talented actress and I’m confident she will play look the part on screen.
Besides Natalie Portman, the cast also includes Greta Gerwig, Peter Sarsgaard, Max Casella, Beth Grant, Julie Judd, and Sarah Verhagen.
There’s no official release date yet, but the film should be released sometime in 2017.
