37 Movie trailer

37 movieCheck out the official trailer of 37, the upcoming drama movie written and directed by Puk Grasten and starring Samira Wiley, Michael Potts, Maria Dizzia, Adrian Martinez, Jamie Harrold, Christina Brucato:

37
Plot synopsis:
“The film is inspired by a true story set in 1964, New York, where several neighbors witness the brutal murder and rape of Kitty Genovese and do not intervene. The film peeks into the lives of three disparate families, the lonely neighbor and the doorman. We connect with the neighbors and understand their decisions not to act by following their day-to-day struggles. Inside their apartments the neighbors are dealing with their personal lives and conflicts the same way as they deal with witnessing a murder; if we don’t see, hear or talk about it, then it didn’t happen.”

Honestly, I don’t think I’d put myself in harm’s way to save that woman, but am pretty sure I’d call 911. And you? What would you do?

The release date of the movie 37 is set to October 7, 2016.
