Guardians of the Galaxy Trailer

The Guest Movie trailer

Here’s the first official trailer of The Guest, the upcoming thriller movie directed by Adam Wingard based on a script by Simon Barrett:

THE GUEST
Plot:
“A soldier (Dan Stevens) introduces himself to the Peterson family, claiming to be a friend of their son who died in action. After the young man is welcomed into their home, a series of accidental deaths seem to be connected to his presence.”

You’ve got to admit that Dan Stevens is a really handsome man. Well, if the soldier was ugly I doubt he would have been welcome by this family. So Dan Stevens is fit for the job!

Besides Dan Stevens, the cast includes Maika Monroe, Leland Orser, Lance Reddick, Chase Williamson and Brendan Meyer.

There’s no official release date yet, but I heard the film should be released sometime this fall.

The Prince Movie Trailer

Let’s watch the trailer of The Prince, the upcoming action thriller movie directed by Brian A. Miller and starring Jason Patric, John Cusack, Bruce Willis, Curtis Jackson (aka 50 Cent), Rain, and Gia Mantegna:

THE PRINCE
Plot:
“A mechanic with ties to the underworld is unwittingly drawn back into the life he gave up when he suspects that his daughter has been kidnapped, and he is forced to confront his former rival in order to rescue her.”

Well the story kind of sounds generic… and I can’t say that am flabbergasted by the acting… John Cusack and Bruce Willis are just in for the money. right? Don’t tell they did this film because they fall in love with its “amazing” script…

Anyway, The Prince is no noble masterpiece, but it still looks kind of entertaining so I’ll give it a try, I guess…

The release date of The Prince is set to August 22, 2014.

Fury Movie Trailer

You may watch below the first official trailer of Fury, the upcoming action war drama movie written and directed by David Ayer and starring Brad Pitt, Shia LaBeouf, Logan Lerman, Jon Bernthal, and Michael Pena that’s set during World War II:

FURY

In the depths of war, each man is only as strong as the man beside him.

War never ends quietly!

Plot:
“The film is set at the very end of World War II, in April 1945. As the Allies make their final push in the European Theater, a battle-hardened army sergeant named Wardaddy (Brad Pitt) commands a Sherman tank and her five-man crew on a deadly mission behind enemy lines. Outnumbered and outgunned, Wardaddy and his men face overwhelming odds in their heroic attempts to strike at the heart of Nazi Germany.”

The tone of the film is much darker than what I was expecting. But I shouldn’t be surprised, the film is written and directed by David Ayer after all: his two previous movies Sabotage and End of Watch were bloody realistic. Totally understand why Super movie star Brad Pitt joined this project!

There’s also a first official poster:

FURY

Can’t wait to see David Ayer’s Fury!

Release date: November 14, 2014.

Deliver Us From Evil – What was the message?
Plot:
“NY police officer Ralph Sarchie (Eric Bana), investigates a series of crimes. He joins forces with an unconventional priest (Edgar Ramirez), schooled in the rituals of exorcism, to combat the possessions that are terrorizing their city.”

The second clip with the possessed woman was particularly creepy… I sure wouldn’t get close to her even if she’s behind bars in a prison!

Release date: July 2, 2014.

Trailer of The Purge 2

Let’s watch the latest full-length trailer of The Purge 2 Anarchy, the upcoming horror thriller movie sequel written and directed by James DeMonaco:

THE PURGE 2 ANARCHY
Plot:
“The next terrifying chapter of dutiful citizens preparing for their country’s yearly 12 hours of anarchy.
A young couple works to survive on the streets after their car breaks down right as the annual purge commences.”

I am glad the sequel tries to give a broader look at the world of the franchise, it’s great to go beyond the fences of the gated community of the first film! But I wish they had released a series of short films or viral videos to give us an even better understanding of that world.

Anyway, the film will hit theaters on July 18, 2014.
