THE EXPENDABLES
Plot:
“A team of the world’s most dangerous and highly-trained mercenaries go on a mission to South America to overthrow and assassinate a powerful, evil dictator and his army, who have been causing devastation, chaos and torture for the last twenty years.”
Cast:
– Sylvester Stallone as Barney “The Schizo” Ross, a veteran Expendable and leader of the team.
– Jet Li as Bao Thao, expert at hand-to-hand combat.
– Jason Statham as Lee Christmas, second in command of the team. He is a former S.A.S. soldier and expert at Close Quarters Combat using knives.
– Dolph Lundgren as Gunnar Jensen, a Swedish expert at sniping. He later gets fired and kicked out from the expendables and is hired by Monroe to kill the Expendables. Jensen hates Bao Thao and fights with him frequently.
– Terry Crews as Hale Caesar, Bao’s best friend, a weapons specialist.
– Eric Roberts as Monroe, a corrupt C.I.A. agent who is preventing the Expendables from killing General Garza.
– Mickey Rourke as Tool, a former Expendable, now an arms dealer and tattoo parlor artist/owner who helps the Expendables.

Sylvester Stallone is the leader of the crew, but Jason Statham has much more charisma!

Precious Movie Trailer
Here below the brand new movie trailer of Precious, a drama movie directed by Lee Daniels and based on the novel Push by Sapphire:
PRECIOUS
“Overweight, illiterate teenager Clareece ‘Precious’ Jones (Gabourey Sidibe) lives in Harlem with her dysfunctional family; she has been impregnated twice by her father and is in a destructive relationship with her mother (Mo’Nique). Precious is invited to an alternative school where she hopes that her life can change direction.”
Cast:
– Gabourey Sidibe as Clareece “Precious” Jones
– Mo’Nique as Mary Jones, Precious’ mother
– Mariah Carey as Mrs. Weiss, a social worker
– Paula Patton as Ms. Rain, Precious’ teacher
– Lenny Kravitz as John, a nurse
– Sherri Shepherd as Cornrows
It’s hard to feel empathy at first for the fatty Precious, but her determination to improve her life, knowing the hell she’s been living in, can but win my respect. I haven’t read the book, so I’ll go watch Precious with an open mind. I just hope that there is some happy end for her because life hasn’t been very kind to her…

2012 Tsunami
2012 is gonna be a hell of a year and the most cataclysmic event will probably the final Tsunami, a giant tidal wave that will be so huge that it will reach Tibet! Here’s how Director Roland Emmerich and his VFX team created this event on screen:

Toy Story 3 Movie Poster
Disney Pixar unveiled an other not so inspiring teaser poster of Toy Story 3:
Plot:
“Woody, Buzz, and the rest of their toy-box friends are dropped off at a day-care center after their owner, Andy, who is fond of his toys, departs for college.”
That dinosaur makes think that they should integrate a few Dinobots toys in the movie Toy Story 3: it would be some much more interesting with a few Transformers around!

ME AND ORSON WELLES
Plot:
“The film is set in 1937, and the plot follows a young student (Zac Efron) who finds love in the theater after being cast in a production of Julius Caesar directed by Orson Welles (Christian McKay).”
