Plot:

He hires Mickey, an old friend to take care of one target but he is an incompetent, drunken hit man. Furthermore the Mob he has been contracted by are bumbling local gangsters and so out of touch with the streets they claim to run.”

Ever heard that gangsters are just people who aren’t smart enough to make money legally? I guess there’s some truth to it!
