I’ve just spotted this teaser poster of Highly Functional, the upcoming drama comedy movie directed by Marc Forby based on a script by Tom Dibble and starring James Frecheville, Bruce Campbell, Annabeth Gish, Missi Pyle, G.W. Bailey, and Judge Reinhold:

HIGHLY FUNCTIONAL

One of them has special needs. The other’s just autistic.

Plot synopsis:
“When he discovers his guardian is dying, an autistic twenty-something (James Frecheville) travels across country to bring back a deluded, has-been country singer (Bruce Campbell), believing that a personal performance will inspire his guardian to live.”

I must admit I am curious to see how the whole adventure will end up.

The release date of the movie Highly Functional is set to September 14, 2017.
