Plot:

The movie Hop is helmed by Tim Hill, director of Alvin & the Chipmunks and produced by Chris Meledandri’s Illumination Entertainment (the studio behind Despicable Me). It will be released in theaters on April 1, 2011.

This Easter bunny doesn’t look as crazy as the rabbit Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland, but he’s still kind of cool.

Since the bunny can’t hop with a broken leg, the slacker is pressed into duty to save Easter. The film becomes a two-hander between the iconic holiday critter and the slacker, each of whom is running from adulthood.”

The movie Hop will be a comedy about candy, chicks and rock ‘n’ roll.
