Angelina Jolie plays the role of a CIA agent on the run in the upcoming spy movie Salt. Sony Pictures released a second trailer of Salt, here it is:

The movie Salt is directed by Phillip Noyce and is starring Angelina Jolie, Liev Schreiber, and Chiwetel Ejiofor. The film will hit theaters on July 23, 2010.

Angelina Jolie got the lead role as Evelyn Salt in the movie Salt, an upcoming action thriller film directed by Phillip Noyce. Besides Angelina Jolie, the movie Salt is also starring Liev Schreiber
Chiwetel Ejiofor. The release date of Salt is set for July 23, 2010.

Plot:
“Evelyn Salt (Angelina Jolie) is a CIA officer who swore an oath to duty, honor, and country. When she is accused by a defector of being a Russian sleeper spy, Salt goes on the run to clear her name and ultimately prove she is a patriot. Using all her skills and years of experience as a covert operative, she must elude capture and protect her husband or the worlds most powerful forces will erase any trace of her existence.”

Cast:
– Angelina Jolie plays Evelyn Salt, a CIA officer accused of being a Russian sleeper spy.
– Chiwetel Ejiofor plays Peabody, a CIA counterintelligence officer.
– Liev Schreiber plays Salt’s boss and friend.
– Daniel Olbrychski Russian boss.
– Lovari plays one of the Russian thugs.

This movie trailer of Salt looks damn quite good. It’s incredible how Angelina Jolie can still be so fit even after having her kids: she’s an alpha woman, no doubt about that!
The movie Salt will hit theaters on on July 23, 2010.
