The movie Sing performed quite well in theaters, it was even a real hit: it grossed more than $283 million for a $75 million budget. So it’s no wonder that a sequel has been greenlit by Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment. Yep, get ready for Sing 2: it’s slated for a release in July 2018.
