Actor Jason Moma is set to play the role of Aquaman in Batman V Superman, the upcoming sequel to Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel. The actor shared this picture via instagram to tease his fans (see the trident?):
(Click on the picture to enlarge.)
Plot:
“Batman and Superman are at odds! Expect a marvelous fight of superheroic proportions!”
For those who don’t know about Aquaman, in the DC Comics universe Auquaman is the king of Atlantis: he’s like a kind of male super-mermaid (but with legs).
The character’s part in Batman V Superman is likely to be small: they’r probably introducing him for later movies.
Do you think Jason Momoa is fit for the role? Or do you think it’s a miscast? Share your thoughts below!
The film will open in theaters on May 6, 2016.
