Trailer of Bad Country starring Matt Dillon and Willem Dafoe

Check out the official trailer of Bad Country, an upcoming thriller drama movie directed by Chris Brinker and starring Matt Dillon and Willem Dafoe:

BAD COUNTRY
Plot:
“Inspired by real events, BAD COUNTRY is a gritty Louisiana set crime drama. Detective Bud Carter’s investigations lead to the arrest of Jesse Weiland, a contract killer from a criminal syndicate. Weiland, facing life in prison and losing his family, puts his trust in Carter and becomes an informant.”

Judging fromt his trailer, Bad Country should be an interesting movie. I wish we’d see Willem Dafoe more often in movies. He’s a great actor! Matt Dillon is talented too, but not as much as Willem Dafoe.

Here’s the DVD cover:

(Click on the poster to enlarge.)

Besides Matt Dillon and Willem Dafoe, the cast also includes Neal McDonough, Amy Smart, and Tom Berenger.

The film will be released straight to DVD and Blu-Ray on March 10, 2014.

New Trailer of The Amazing Spider-Man 2

You may watch below the latest trailer of The Amazing Spider-Man 2, the upcoming action superhero movie sequel directed by Marc Webb:

THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2
Plot:
“It’s great to be Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield). For Peter Parker, there’s no feeling quite like swinging between skyscrapers, embracing being the hero, and spending time with Gwen (Emma Stone). But being Spider-Man comes at a price: only Spider-Man can protect his fellow New Yorkers from the formidable villains that threaten the city. With the emergence of Electro (Jamie Foxx), Peter must confront a foe far more powerful than he. And as his old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, Peter comes to realize that all of his enemies have one thing in common: OsCorp.”

Looks to the sequel to The Amazing Spider-Man will be even better than the film. Actually I feel like it could well be the best Spider-Man movie ever! Sorry Tobey Maguire (who held the role of Spider-Man in the previous franchise) but Andre Garfield totally rules!

The film will open in theaters on May 2, 2014.

However, in the midst of their pursuit of Zarina, Tink’s world is turned upside down. She and her friends find that their respective talents have been switched and they have to race against time to retrieve the Blue Pixie Dust and return home to save Pixie Hollow.”

The CG animation doesn’t look that great, but I’d watch the film for its funny characters.

WOLVES
Plot:
“Cayden Richards (Lucas Till), 18, has it all: Captain of the high school football team; straight-A student; gorgeous girlfriend. But when he wakes one dark night to find his parents brutally murdered, he is horrified to realize that he is turning into an animal: a wild, savage wolf. Panicked, Cayden runs, determined to find out what is happening to him. His quest leads him to the strange, isolated town of Lupine Ridge, where two clans of wolves are on the brink of war.”

The trailer doesn’t look that bad, but to be honest am not much interested by this film…Those werewolves are no lycanthropes, they’re just a bunch of savage bikers who happen to have fangs. LoL!

Anyway, what do you think of Actor Jason Momoa as a werewolf?

The film should be released sometime in Fall 2014.

4 New Character Posters for Darren Aronofsky’s Noah

Four new character posters for Noah, the upcoming fantasy drama movie directed by Darren Aronofsky (who helmed Black Swan):

Noah Trailer

(Click on a poster to enlarge.)

Plot:
“Subject to divine visions foretelling the end of the world, Noah (Russell Crowe) attempts to tell his people to cease their wickedness and turn from their evil ways and to turn to God before it is too late. No one listens to his warnings, and Noah and his family build an ark to be saved from the Flood that God is bringing on the earth.”

Darren Aronofsky’s Noah will for sure be an epic movie, but I doubt it will likely depart from the biblical take on the myth. But hey, who cares about biblical accuracy as long as God’s genocide of mankind is kept…

Release date: March 28, 2014.
