The movie X-Men First Class will be directed by Matthew Vaughn (who once brought us Kick-Ass) and not by Bryan Singer as previously announced. But Singer is still involved as producer. A few words from Bryan Singer about Matthew Vaughn:

We don’t know the plot of Transformers 3 yet but Director Michael Bay said that this new Transformers movie will show more of Bumblebee and that it will develop the robot characters generally. Could we see more of Megan Fox too? Please!

Michael Bay also revealed that there will be a Ferrari Transformers.

The movie Transformers 3 is scheduled for a release on July 1, 2011.
