A Midsummer Night’s Dream Movie trailer

A Midsummer Night's Dream MovieHere’s the official trailer of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, the upcoming drama comedy movie directed by Casey Wilder Mott based on a script he co-wrote with William Shakespeare and starring Rachael Leigh Cook, Finn Wittrock, Hamish Linklater, Lily Rabe, Avan Jogia, Ted Levine, Fran Kranz, Paz de la Huerta, Saul Williams, and Mia Todd Doi:

A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM
Plot synopsis:
“A Midsummer Night’s Dream is one of Shakespeare’s most beloved creations. The frolicking tale of lovesick young aristocrats, energetic but inept rustics, and mischievous woodland spirits is a staple of stage and screen. In the past, filmed adaptations have emphasized the play’s traditional, Elizabethan qualities. This production, however, is a fresh and stylish reinvention that takes an entirely different approach.”

Do you think people from Hollywood will ever tire from adapting Shakespeare’s work into movies?
