Berlin Syndrome Movie - Teresa Palmer

Plot synopsis:
“Australian tourist Clare (Teresa Palmer) travels to Berlin to photograph East German architecture and meets Andi (Max Riemelt), a handsome but brooding schoolteacher. After a brief fling, Clare tries to leave, but Andi isn’t ready to let go. She soon finds herself held prisoner in his locked apartment, cut off from the outside world. As her ordeal unfolds, Clare cycles between reasoning with her captor, surrendering to his obsessions, and plotting her escape.”

I doubt the walls of that old apartment are really thick, she should just yell like hell, and someone will call the cops.

Roxanne Roxanne movie

Plot synopsis:
“In 1984, Lolita ShantĂ© Gooden was just another 14-year-old living in New York’s Queensbridge projects. When she famously laid down the lyrics to ‘Roxanne’s Revenge’—an underground answer rap to U.T.F.O.’s popular single ‘Roxanne, Roxanne’—she sparked one of the earliest and most significant beefs in hip-hop history, establishing herself as a feared battle emcee in a genre on the verge of worldwide recognition. With fame firmly in her grasp, Roxanne ShantĂ© was still just a teenager with the weight of the world on her shoulders, hustling to provide for her family while defending herself from the perils of life in the projects.”

ChantĂ© Adams doesn’t really look like a teenager…

Besides Chanté Adams, the cast also includes Mahershala Ali, Nia Long, Elvis Nolasco, Kevin Phillips, and Shenell Edmonds.

The film has yet to get an official release date.
