The Internet is abuzz with rumor of an Assassin’s Creed movie sequel. Yep, get ready for Assassin’s Creed 2! The first film hasn’t been released in theaters, there’s no even a movie trailer online yet… But Ubisoft Motion Pictures already has plans for a sequel, they actually even have a franchise in mind, so we may expect even more Assassin’s Creed.

I guess they’re right to be planning for a sequel. The few pictures released so far promises an epic movie. And the world of Assassin’s Creed can already boast much interest thanks to large fan base from the video games. So if the first film does perform well, you bet the studio will be eager to push for the sequel.

Actor Michael Fassbender will reprise his role for the sequel. Unfortunately no plot synopsis has been revealed yet.
