We’ve got our hands on the first official pictures of Whiskey Tango Foxtrot (previously titled “The Taliban Shuffle”) the upcoming war comedy movie directed by Glenn Ficarra and John Recca from a script by Robert Carlock and starring Tina Fey, Margot Robbie, and Martin Freeman:

Plot:
“A journalist (Tina Fey) recounts her wartime coverage in Afghanistan and Pakistan.”

Am surprised Tina Fey didn’t bring her sister along with her!

The cast also includes Alfred Molina, Nicholas Braun, Christopher Abbott, Sheila Vand, Stephen Peacocke, Evan Jonigkeit, and Billy Bob Thornton.

The film is actually based on the memoir “The Taliban Shuffle Strange Days in Afghanistan and Pakistan” written by Kim Barker.

The release date of Whiskey Tango Foxtrot is set to March 4, 2016.

We’ve got our hands on the first official pictures of Dark Crimes, the upcoming crime drama thriller movie directed by Alexandros Avranas based on a script by Jeremy Brock and starring Jim Carrey:

“A murder investigation of a slain business man turns to clues found in an author’s book about an eerily similar crime. Based on 2008 New Yorker article by David Grann.”

Jim Carrey’s beard looks clean, doesn’t it?

Besides Jim Carrey, the cast also includes Agata Kulesza, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Aki Kaurismaki, Kati Outinen, Zbigniew Zamachowski, and Marton Csokas.

The film should be released sometime in 2016.
