The first official trailer of Jem and the Holograms, the upcoming live-action movie adaptation directed by Jon M. Chu, has shown up online, watch it below:

Well this trailer was a bit underwhelming…. I mean I was expecting something more faithful to the animated TV series it’s based on. It’s too grounded in reality, and it isn’t kitsch enough, lol!

The first poster looks great though:

Anyway I will still give the film a try if only because Actress Aubrey Peeples (who got the lead role as Jem) is cute.

The release date of Jem and the Holograms is set to October 23, 2015.

I’ve just spotted those two new international posters of Spy, the upcoming hilarious espionage action comedy movie directed by Paul Feig and starring Melissa McCarthy, Jude Law, and Jason Statham:
