A Royal Night Out Movie Trailer

Let’s watch the official trailer of A Royal Night Out, the upcoming romantic drama movie directed by Julian Jarrold and starring Sarah Gadon, Bel Powley, Emily Watson, Rupert Everett, Jack Reynor, and Roger Allam:

A ROYAL NIGHT OUTPlot:
“On V.E. Day, 1945. Across the world, people are celebrating the end of the war. London overflows with celebration and excess. Two teenage sisters are allowed out at night for the first time to join the party. They have an amazing adventure; it’s like a first date. And they get back home far too late.
Home is Buckingham Palace. Our two teenagers are Princess Margaret and the future queen of England, Elizabeth II. Based on untold true events, A Royal Night Out is the heart warming and charming tale of the Queen as you’ve never seen her before.”

HALO NIGHTFALL

Survival is a choice.

From executive producer Ridley Scott.

And here’s the official movie trailer:

HALO NIGHTFALL
Plot:
“The film tells the personal story of Jameson Locke, a legendary manhunter and agent with the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), Earth’s most powerful and secretive military branch. He and
his team are investigating terrorist “chatter” on the distant colony world of Sedra, when they are caught in a horrific biological attack. Led by Locke, ONI agents are forced to coordinate with Randall Aiken, a local commander with a remarkable history and deep-rooted mistrust of ONI. As they unravel a plot that draws
them to an ancient, hellish artifact, they will be forced to fight for their survival, question everything, and ultimately choose between their loyalties and their lives.”

Hard-core fans of the game will likely welcome the film. But it doesn’t look that good… Acting is sub-par to say the least… I doubt I’ll see it.

The film is directed by Sergio Mimica-Gezzan and starring starring Mike Colter, Steven Waddington, Christina Chong, Luke Neal, Alexander Bhat, Alexis Rodney, Christian Contreras, Eric Kofi Abrefa, Jennie Gruner, Sarah Armstrong, and Shaun Blaney.

The release date of Halo Nightfall is set to March 17, 2015 (direct to Blu-Ray).

THE GUNMAN
Plot:
“A gripping action-thriller from the director of Taken and the producer of The Matrix and Non-Stop, The Gunman stars Oscar-winner Sean Penn as a former military operative dragged into a deadly cat and mouse game. With Penn in his first action role, and a top-notch cast including Javier Bardem and Idris Elba, The Gunman is a high-octane must-see.”

New Poster of The Cobbler

I’ve just spotted this new poster of The Cobbler, the upcoming fantasy comedy movie directed by Tom McCarthy and starring Adam Sandler:

(Click on the poster to enlarge.)

THE COBBLER

Saving the neighborhood one sole at a time.

Plot:
“Max Simkin repairs shoes in the same New York shop that has been in his family for generations. Disenchanted with the grind of daily life, Max stumbles upon a magical heirloom that allows him to step into the lives of his customers and see the world in a new way. Sometimes walking in another man’s shoes is the only way one can discover who they really are.”

With that green apron Adam Sandler doesn’t really look like a cobbler, he reminds me rather of a Starbuck barista especially with that cup in his hand, LoL!

The film will open in theaters on March 13, 2015.

Alex of Venice Movie Trailer

You may watch below the first official trailer of Alex of Venice, the upcoming drama movie directed by Chris mEssina and starring Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Don Johnson, Derek Luke, Katie Nehra, Skylar Gaertner, and Chris Messina:

ALEX OF VENICE
Plot:
“In the directorial debut from Chris Messina, Mary Elizabeth Winstead gives a heartwarming performance as an environmental attorney who finds her workaholic regimen thrown into flux when her husband, George (Chris Messina), asks for a break. For Alex, George has always been the one to take the reins at home. When his unexpected departure dawns as something more permanent, Alex finds herself caught balancing her family’s demands, her aging father, played memorably by Don Johnson, and her ambitious career, which she now struggles to maintain. Soon, Alex is forced to reevaluate her life and discover what she was always too preoccupied to notice. Messina’s assured direction, as accomplished as his own performance, creates an honest portrait of a woman facing unexpected vulnerability in order to find her own strength.”

Women work and men stay at home: the new world we live in is way better than the old one!

Anyway, what do you think of stay at home fathers?

The release date of Alex of Venice is set to April 17, 2015.
