Here’s the first official movie trailer of Predator Badlands, the upcoming action science-fiction movie directed by Dan Trachtenberg based on a script he co-wrote with Patrick Aison and starring Elle Fanning, and Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi:

Plot synopsis:
“The sci-fi action movie Predator: Badlands is set in the future on a remote planet, where a young Predator (starring Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi), outcast from his clan, finds an unlikely ally with Thia (Elle Fanning) and embarks on a treacherous journey in search of the ultimate adversary.”

I’m glad there’s a new Predator movie ahead. But I feel like they’re humanizing that young alien hunter a bit too much. And I really hope that inter-species love isn’t in the air, don’t want a Predator rom com, show respect to the legend!
