When asked by Detective Hoffman who is stuck in a bit of a predicament why Jigsaw (Tobin Bell) is playing with him, the crazy genius Jigsaw answers that he wants to see if the detective is a real survivor. Watch this new Saw V clip:

The tagline of the show Survivor could apply to the Saw movies and the spirit of the traps set up by Jigsaw:
Outwit, Outplay, Outlast
So one may (hastily?) conclude that Jigsaw must be fan of CBS TV show Survivor! Thinking that Lionsgate and CBS should team to produce a new Saw-Survivor show in honor of Jigsaw! Would be a hit!
