Thanks to Disney here’s the first official trailer of The BFG (aka The Big Friendly Giant), the upcoming fantasy movie directed by Steven Spielberg based on the novel by Roald Dahl:

“A girl named Sophie (Ruby Barnhill) encounters the Big Friendly Giant (Mark Rylance) who, despite his intimidating appearance, turns out to be a kindhearted soul who is considered an outcast by the other giants because unlike his peers refuses to eat boys and girls.”
I bet Steven Spielberg’s latest movie will be a real hit with families!
The film is starring Ruby Barnhill, Mark Rylance, Bill Hader, Jemaine Clement, Rebecca Hall, and Penelope Wilton.
The release date of The BFG is set to July 1, 2016.
