Plot synopsis:
“When reclusive movie star Douglas Brown (James McCaffrey) is blackmailed with a video, he hires a private detective (Dan Hedaya) to track down the manipulator. But when the detective finds the wrong man, an aspiring writer-director who thinks that Brown want to make his movie, a chain of harrowing events leads the writer to have to commit a dangerous crime in order to get his big Hollywood break in this darkly-comic thriller.”
