A first official look at Actor Ron Perlman as a sheriff in The Escape of Prisoner 614, the upcoming crime comedy movie directed by Zach Golden:

Plot synopsis:
“After being fired by their overbearing Sheriff (Ron Perlman), two well-intentioned but simple-minded Sheriff’s Deputies (Martin Starr and Jake McDorman), decide to go after an escaped prisoner in hopes of getting their jobs back. But when they realize that the supposed murderer they have hunted down is an innocent victim of a racist judicial system, they face a moral dilemma — return the prisoner and be hailed as heroes, or act on their principles in pursuit of true justice.”

Well, Ron Perlman does look the part as a sheriff! And the bolo tie is a nice addition.

Besides Ron Perlman, the cast als includes Martin Starr, Jake McDorman, George Sample III, Sondra James, Michael Sirow, Laurent Rejto, John D. Hickman, Wayne Pyle, Ralph Cashen, and Rose Lane Sanfilippo.

The film has yet to get an official release date.
