Here’s a first official look at The Humanity Bureau, the upcoming action adventure science-fiction movie directed by Rob W. King based on a script by Dave Schultz and starring Nicolas Cage, Sarah Lind, Hugh Dillon, Vicellous Shannon, Jakob Davies, Lorne Cardinal, Jett Klyne, David Lovgren, Leo Fafard, Kurt Max Runte, Nikolas Filipovic, Mel Tuck, Destee Klyne, Melanie Walden, Sheldon Bergstrom, Trevor Leigh, Leanna Brodie, and Bill Dow:
“The year is 2030. Global warming has turned parts of the American Midwest into a desert. In its attempt to take hold of the economic recession, a government agency called The Humanity Bureau exiles members of society deemed unproductive and banishes them to a colony known as New Eden An ambitious and impartial caseworker Noah Kross (Nicolas Cage) investigates a case appealed by a single mother (Sarah Lind) and her son (Jakob Davies). Knowing the unjust fate of the innocent boy, Kross sets off to save the lives of the mother and child duo and to expose the truth about The Humanity Bureau’s secrets once and for all.”
