A first official look at The Last Black Man in San Francisco, the upcoming drama movie directed by Joe Talbot based on a script he co-wrote with Jimmie Fails and starring Jimmie Fails, Jonathan Majors, Rob Morgan, Tichina Arnold, and Danny Glover:
“Jimmie Fails dreams of reclaiming the Victorian home his grandfather built in the heart of San Francisco. Joined on his quest by his best friend Mont, Jimmie searches for belonging in a rapidly changing city that seems to have left them behind.”
The gentrification of San Francisco has been an ongoing source of contention… Better be flush with cash in this evolving city…
The film has yet to get an official release date.
