Besides Mel Gibson and Sean Penn, the film is also starring Natalie Dormer, Steve Coogan, Eddie Marsan, David O’Hara, Stephen Dillane, Jennifer Ehle, Ioan Gruffudd, Jeremy Irvine, and Brendan Patricks.

The US release date of The Professor and the Madman is set to May 10, 2019 (in theaters and on VOD).
