There’s a new trailer for The Founder, the upcoming drama biography movie directed by John Lee Hancock and starring Michael Keaton:

“A drama that tells the true story of how Ray Kroc (Michael Keaton), a salesman from Illinois, met Mac and Dick McDonald, who were running a burger operation in 1950s Southern California. Kroc was impressed by the brothers’ speedy system of making the food and saw franchise potential. He maneuvered himself into a position to be able to pull the company from the brothers and create a billion-dollar empire.”

Besides Michael Keaton, the film is also starring Laura Dern, Nick Offerman, John Carroll Lynch, Linda Cardellini, Patrick Wilson, and B.J. Novak.
Release date: January 20, 2017 for a wide release, but the film will actually open in select theaters on December 16, 2016 to qualify for the Oscars.
