According to The Wrap, Rhys Ifans, who’s been announced as the lead villain in the upcoming Spider-Man movie, will play the role of Dr Curt Connors aka the Lizard.

Sony has announced that Actor Rhys Ifans has been hired to play the role of the villain in the upcoming movie reboot of Spiderman. Unfortunately they haven’t revealed what villain yet…

Actor Channing Tatum got the lead role as a cop in Son Of No One, an upcoming drama thriller movie written and directed by Dito Montiel (who brought us Fighting which was also starring Tatum). The cast also includes includes Al Pacino, Ray Liotta, Katie Holmes, Tracy Morgan, and Juliette Binoche. The film should be released in 2011. Chaning Tatum grew a mustache for the movie Son Of No One, here’s a first look:

Since Dito Montiel is behind the film, I guess it’s going to be quite realistic. And since Al Pacino is part of the cast, we may expect a real police thriller movie.

Summit Entertainment has revealed the cast of the Denali coven for the upcoming Twilight Breaking Dawn movie:

The Denali Coven is comprised of Christian Camargo (THE HURT LOCKER, Dexter) as Eleazar; Casey LaBow (Moonlight) as Kate; Mia Maestro (Alias, POSEIDON) as Carmen; MyAnna Buring (DOOMSDAY) as Tanya; as well as previously announced Maggie Grace (Lost, TAKEN) as Irina. The Denali Coven is the only other vegetarian vampire coven in the world, considered cousins to the Cullens.
