Richard Gere wanst to tell us the true story of Hachiko the Akita dog in the upcoming movie Hachiko A Dog’s Tale, aka Hachi:

Plot:
“A college professor (Richard Gere) takes in an abandoned dog and they form an unbreakable bond. After the professor dies while away from home, the dog keeps vigil waiting for his master for nearly a decade.”

I wonder if that’s really Richard Gere’s dog or just a dog chosen for the movie because on this poster there seems to be so much affection between them: incredible!

Akita dogs look really cute, but I prefer my good old Labrador even if he drives me crazy like in ‘Marley and me‘ sometimes.

Pandorum, the new sci-fi horror movie directed Christian Alvart, has been pushed back and is now set to open in theaters on September 25, 2009. here’s a new international poster of Pandorum, it comes to us from France:

Plot:
Two astronauts wake to find themselves drifting through space and with no memory of who they are. Here’s a first official poster for Heroes Season 4, aka Heroes Redemption Volume Five:

The network is planning 18 or 20 episodes for Heroes Volume 5 Redemption. This new season of Heroes will be focus on Nathan Petrelli who is actually Gabriel Gray/Sylar: Sylar’s memory has been wiped out and replaced with Nathan’s last season.

This movie adaptation of Solomon Kane probably comes too late to mesmerize us (we’ve seen too many movies on the same theme), but it doesn’t look too bad. And I’m confident it will be entertaining.
