We’ve got our hands on a new trailer for “Legends Of Oz Dorothy’s Return” (previously titled Dorothy of Oz), the upcoming animated movie directed by Will Finn and Dan St. Pierre for Summertime Entertainment:

Plot:
“Dorothy Gale (Lea Michele) returns to Kansas to find it devastated. Dorothy then finds a new way to get back to the Land of Oz only to discover that her old friends the Scarecrow (Dan Aykroyd), Tin Man (Kelsey Grammer), Cowardly Lion (Jim Belushi) and the entire Land of Oz are all in grave danger. On Dorothy’s new journey through Oz, she meets new friends like a marshmallow man named Marshal Mallow (Hugh Dancy), a china doll princess (Megan Hilty), an ancient tree-turned-tugboat named Tugg (Patrick Stewart), and a large owl named Wiser (Oliver Platt). With the help of her new friends, they band together against a wicked Jester (Martin Short) who wants to control Oz by turning important people into marionettes.”

Well, I guess they’re targeting young kids…

Looks like Edge of Tomorrow will be an awesome movie. Let’s just hope they won’t abuse of those time loops… Anyway, am hooked by this trailer!

Artificial hearts are great, but androids are so advanced in the world of Almost Human… What’s the point of living a shitty life with an artificial heart when you could upload your mind in a marvelous android?

Check out the official trailer of Android Cop, the latest rip-off from Asylum Film (yep, that studio that has produced titles that capitalize on productions by major studios, usually resorting to film titles and scripts very similar to those of current blockbusters in order to lure customers):

Android Cop is no RoboCop, but it doesn’t look that bad. I guess Asylum is getting better at what they do! Maybe one day they will produce something really original and awesome (beyond Shnarkado I mean).

The little Indian guy (played by Rohan Chand) is going to steal the show! Anyway, this film looks hilarious. Looking forward to see it!

There’s such a mix of kitsch and awesome in this film that I sure don’t want to miss it: sign me up for Jupiter Ascending!

X-Men Apocalypse Movie

The movie X-Men Days of Future Past hasn’t been released yet. But there’s already a sequel being planned: Director Bryan Singer announced indeed via his official Twitter account that the new X-Men movie will be titled X-Men Apocalypse. There’s even a release date: the film is set to hit theaters on May 27, 2016!

In the comic book world, Apocalypse is an ancient mutant born a few thousand years ago and who yearn to dominate the world. But according to the online rumor, the new X-Men movie franchise may tweak his origin: instead of being an ancient mutant he would be some extraterrestrial being. No official confirmation yet though…

Human mutant or alien, Apocalypse will for sure be a hell of a foe for the X-Men: we may expect a really marvelous fight!

Update – Director Bryan Singer twitted that Apocalypse won’t be an alien.
