A few people are comparing Repo Men to an earlier movie titled Repo The Genetic Opera, they’re even talking about a rip off… Well, I don’t really care, all I know is that the movie Repo Men with Jude Law looks much better than the lame Genetic Opera! Let’s hope that the lawyers won’t get involved, and that Repo Men will be released on April 2, 2010 as planned.

That little girl is a cute little monster: definitely need to be a martial expert like Jackie Chan to take care of her! Fortunately my kids were not as crazy!

A second clip of Splice, the upcoming science-fiction movie directed by Vincenzo Natali and starring Adrien Brody and Sarah Polley, has surfaced online:

This must be a scene happening earlier than the first Splice clip.

I wonder is that worm thing will become the creature focus of the movie Splice… Hard to believe that this ugly worm could come close to anything human! Or maybe that’s the DNA source they’re gonna splice with Human DNA in order to create the final creature?

Director Alexandre Aja has been working on Piranha 3D, an remake of the 1978 film Piranha. The remake is based on a script co-written by Alexandre Aja (who once brought us Mirrors) and Josh Stolberg (Sorority Row) . The film is starring Elisabeth Shue, Adam Scott, Ving Rhames, Richard Dreyfuss, Jessica Szohr, Jerry O’Connell, Cody Longo, and Ricardo Chavira. It will be released on April 16, 2010.

Those Piranha are damn hungry! I wonder how they would have managed to survive all those millions years trapped below the floor of the lake… Anyway, the movie Piranha 3D is gonna be a bloody feast, and yes it’s in 3D, so it’s really gonna be bloody awesome!

The movie release of Star Trek 2 is tentatively set for June 29, 2012. Paramount wants indeed to have its share of the Summer 2012 blockbuster season.

Star Trek 2 Release Date

The cast from the first movie (Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Karl Urban, Simon Pegg, John Cho, Anton Yelchin, and Zoe Saldana) will be back. Not sure yet if Leonard Nimoy(or even William Shatner this time) will show up though.

Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman are currently working on the script of Star Trek 2, and nothing has leaked yet. But there is this deleted scene from the first movie:

Will the Klingons show up in Star Trek 2?
Maybe the Klingons will be the next villains in the movie Star Trek 2!
