Those frogs from the movie The Princess and the Frogs aren’t the most interesting characters of the film, actually besides the supporting character who do more than stealing teh show, there’s Dr Facilier the villain of the story who’s got a real charisma:
The Princess and the Frog – He’s got friends on the Other Side
Dr. Facilier (Keith David) tempts Prince Naveen (Bruno Campos).
I love that song Dr. Facilier is singing! It swings!

The movie Madagascar 3 is likely to be released in 2012, it was announced by DreamWorks CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg:

Producer Jerry Bruckheimer, director Jon Turteltaub and Actor Nicolas Cage team up again to bring us The Sorcerer’s Apprentice, an upcoming epic romantic comedy adventure about a sorcerer and his hapless apprentice who are swept into the center of an ancient conflict between good and evil. Walt Disney has officially released the Sorcerer’s Apprentice movie trailer, watch it below:
The SORCERER’S APPRENTICE
Plot:
“Balthazar Blake (Nicolas Cage) is a master sorcerer in modern-day Manhattan trying to defend the city from his arch-nemesis, Maxim Horvath (Alfred Molina). Balthazar can’t do it alone, so he recruits Dave Stutler (Jay Baruchel), a seemingly average guy who demonstrates hidden potential, as his reluctant protégé. The sorcerer gives his unwilling accomplice a crash course in the art and science of magic, and together, these unlikely partners work to stop the forces of darkness. It’ll take all the courage Dave can muster to survive his training, save the city and get the girl as he becomes the Sorcerer’s Apprentice.”

Looks like the Sorcerer’s Apprentice is going to be much darker than what I was expecting! Those gorgeous special effects really catch my attention, plus Nicolas Cage looks quite good as a sorcerer, can’t say as much about Jay Baruchel though…
Anyway, looks like the Sorcerer’s Apprentice is going to be a hell of a movie!

Director Tim Burton and Actor Johnny Depp are teaming up for the movie adaptation of Dark Shadows, the classic 1960s gothic TV soap opera. Besides the vampire Barnabas Collins, the original Dark Shadows show featured werewolves, ghosts, zombies, man-made monsters, witches, warlocks, time travel (both into the past and into the future), and a parallel universe.
Tim Burton’s Dark Shadow is said to include vampires, but no clue yet if the film will reunite all the monsters.
Filming of the Dark Shadows movie is set to start in Fall 2010. So the film will probably be released in 2011.
