The Hurt Locker is an upcoming award winning war movie directed by Kathryn Bigelow. The story is based on recently declassified information about an elite Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) team in present day Iraq. It also incorporates observations from journalist/screenwriter Mark Boal, who was embedded with troops. The film was filmed in Jordan, so you feel like it was done in the heat of Irak.

The Hurt Locker is starring Jeremy Renner, Anthony Mackie, Brian Geraghty, Guy Pearce and Ralph Fiennes. Summit Entertainment should release the Hurt Locker movie in Spring of 2009.

Movies depicting the war in Iraq are like a necessary catharsis that help to better understand what happened over there.

The movie is about Chun-Li after all: it is an origin story. So let’s enjoy this Chun-Li movie! Anf for the fanboys, don’t be too sad, I bet that Ryu and Ken will get a movie soon!

Other good news: heard about a possible season 4 of Kyle XY! With only 12 episodes season 3 would seem quite short, so I can be but happy when hearing about Kyle Season 4!

The release of the movie Watchmen will probably be postponed… Greedy Fox is quite jealous of Warner Bros’ success and recently asked a judge to block the release! What a negative buzz for 20th Century Fox… But even if the movie is delayed and Fox happens to prevail at the end, I would still go see the Watchmen. Damn this movie looks too awesome for one to miss it! Directors Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor are bringing us Crank 2 High Voltage , the sequel to the previous Crank movie. And Jason Statham is reprising his role as hitman Chev Chelios. This time Jason Statham is definitely on high voltage: he’s literally chasing his heart! The movie is set for a release in April 2009.

The pace of Crank 2 is as heartbreaking as in the first opus: I’ll need to make sure I took my beta-blockers before going to watch this movie in a theater!

The movie is anticipated to receive an R rating by the MPAA based on an interview with Amy Smart. She was photographed brandishing taped nipples and disclosed that her character Eve has become a pole dancer.

And the naughty boys and girls will be glad (I am) to know there will be another public sex scene with Jason Statham; this time taking place on a horse racing track.
