Plot:
“The film is set 23 years after the first film, in June 2008, and Gordon Gekko (Michael Douglas) has just been released from prison. Despite his initial attempts to warn Wall Street of the forthcoming economic downturn and stock market crash, no one believes him due to his reduced standing in the financial world. Gekko decides to re-focus his attention on rebuilding his relationship with his estranged daughter, Winnie (Carey Mulligan). Due to their time apart, and the fact that Winnie blames Gekko for her brother Rudy’s suicide, she avoids any contact with him. At the same time, the mentor (Frank Langella) of young Wall Street trader Jacob (Shia Labeouf) unexpectedly dies, and Jacob suspects his hedge fund manager of being involved in the death. Jacob, who is Winnie’s fiance, seeks revenge and agrees to Gekko’s offer of help, in return for which Jacob agrees to help Gekko with Winnie.”
The movie Wall Street 2 is directed by Oliver Stone and is starring Shia LaBeouf, Carey Mulligan, Michael Douglas, Frank Langella, and Susan Sarandon. I’m a bit disappointed that Gekko’s greed has been tamed, but after watching this of Wall Street 2 movie trailer I still have hope that Gekko will reveal himself again sometime in the movie, and that he will be greedier than ever! Greed is good besides legal by now after all!

Shyamalan’s adaptation of the Last Airbender is going to be a trilogy. So I suppose that thee first film will introduce the characters and will show Zuko’s attempts to capture Aang the Last Airbender.

“[…]by the time ‘The Avengers’ comes in 2012, it’s not just a team superhero movie with a bunch of characters with powers. It’s three people – four including the Hulk; five including Nick Fury – who you’ve seen before in other movies, coming together for the very first time.”
Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige
He doesn’t tell if Hulk will be friend or foe, but my bet is, like most fans, that Hulk will be the main villain in the Avengers movie: a real showdown opposing the Avengers (Thor, Iron Man, and Captain America) to Hulk!
If Hulk does show up, Edward Norton is likely to reprise his role.

A first official movie poster of Wall Street 2, the upcoming financial thriller directed by Olvier Stone and starring Shia Labeouf and Michael Douglas, has been unveiled:
Plot:
“As the global economy teeters on the brink of disaster, a young Wall Street trader partners with disgraced former Wall Street corporate raider Gordon Gekko on a two-tiered mission: To alert the financial community to the coming doom, and to find out who was responsible for the death of the young trader’s mentor.”
Michael Douglad and Shia Labeouf look damn handsome on this movie poster of Wall Street Never Sleeps!

There is some confusion right now about what movie Kevin Greutert is going to helm. Paramount announced that Kevin Greutert would direct Paranormal Activity 2. But looks like Lionsgate isn’t much happy with this and they have decided to exercise an option from Kevin Greutert’s previous contract: the director would have to give one more year to Lionsgate to direct Saw 7, which means that David Hackl would have to work on something else… And for sure Kevin Greutert isn’t much happy with Lionsgate exercising the option, and he’s been even voicing his anger on his personal blog:
“I just had the task of telling my 83 year old mother that no, I’m not going to be allowed to direct the movie we were all so excited about when my family last got together, and that I’m being forced to leave town before getting a chance to see her again. Yes, I’ll be filming people getting tortured YET AGAIN. So we’ll have to put off me making a film she can actually watch for another year.”
Director Kevin Greutert
The movie industry is a real business, so can’t blame Lionsgate for trying to protect the Saw franchise…
Letters to God is an upcoming Christian drama movie about a letter carrier who befriend the 9-year-old Tyler Doherty who’s suffering from cancer and who’s trying to send prayer letters to God. It’s a really moving story that we make lot of people cry for sure!
Here below a few pictures of Letters to God:

I’m not much fan of those old dudes of AC/DC, but the song of theirs chosen for Iron Man 2 doesn’t sound that bad (but not as good as the Black Sabbath song from the first film):
Actor Shia Labeouf got a lead role in Wall Street Money Never Sleeps, aka Wall Street 2, the upcoming movie sequel to Oliver Stone’s Wall Street. I’ve been wondering if Shia Labeouf has any real smattering of the art of investment. Well if what he told to USA Today is true, I’d say Shia Labeouf do have some impressive trading skills (or was it luck?):
So Shia Labeouf’s initial investment has been multiplied by 14. Let’s assume that he met Director Oliver Stone 5 years ago (but it’s probably less), this would imply an average rate of return of 172% per year! If Shia Labeouf could keep such a profitability I’d suggest him to quit acting and become a full-time trader. But I now think that he just told some BS to USA Today, or that the journalist misunderstood the final amount (but then even if it’s actually $29,700 that would mean a return rate of 8% per year which would still be a feat)… I’d rather suggest Shia Labeouf to do more research and also to take some new math courses… Or maybe he’s training to play the role of Maddof?
Anyway, here some new pictures of Wall Street 2:

Gossip: Shia Labeouf and Carrey Mulligan, who both star in Wall Street 2, are now a couple!

Those posters feature Dev Patel as Zuko, prince of the Fire Nation, and Noah Ringer as Aang the Last Airbender. Actually Aang is more than the last Airbender, he’s the last incarnation of the Avatar, the only human able to control all the four elements (Water, Earth, Air, Fire).
