Ben Stiller seems to really enjoy his role in Nthe Night at the Museum movies series. Night at the Museum Battle of the Smithsonian looks like a fun movie, and I’m glad that the Smithsonian is getting a moment of glory in our theaters. The Smithsonian is probably my favorite museum.

I also hope that the movie Night at the Museum 2, aka Night at the Museum Battle of the Smithsonian, will spur again interest in History among our youth.

Ben Stiller is going back to the Museum in 2009. Indeed following the success of Night At The Museum in 2006, a movie sequel has been under works. This second opus is titled Night at the Museum 2 Battle of the Smithsonian. The film, directed by Shawn Levy, is starring Ben Stiller, Dick Van Dyke, Robin Williams, Amy Adams, Owen Wilson, Rami Malek, Hank Azaria, Bill Hader, Ricky Gervais, Christopher Guest and Steve Coogan. It should be released on Memorial Day on May 22, 2009.

The movie Night At The Museum 2 will mix not adventure and comedy but also culture, to make a really entertaining movie. I wasn’t found of the first movie, but since Tropic Thunder I have become a real fan of Ben Stiller. So you can count me in for Night at the Museum 2 Battle of the Smithsonian!
