High-Rise – Pool closed.

“The film stars Hiddleston as Dr. Robert Laing, the newest resident of a luxurious apartment in a high-tech concrete skyscraper whose lofty location places him amongst the upper class. Laing quickly settles into high society life and meets the building’s eccentric tenants: Charlotte (Miller), his upstairs neighbor and bohemian single mother; Wilder (Evans), a charismatic documentarian who lives with his pregnant wife Helen (Moss); and Mr. Royal (Irons), the enigmatic architect who designed the building. Life seems like paradise to the solitude-seeking Laing. But as power outages become more frequent and building flaws emerge, particularly on the lower floors, the regimented social strata begins to crumble and the building becomes a battlefield in a literal class war.”

Indiana Jones 5 Movie Release Date

An official release date has been announced for Indiana Jones 5: the film will open in theaters on July 19, 2015. Actor Harrison Ford will of course reprise his iconic role as Indiana Jones. And Director Steven Spielberg, who helmed the four previous films, will helm the new movie.

A few words from a top executive at Disney:

“Indiana Jones is one of the greatest heroes in cinematic history, and we can’t wait to bring him back to the screen in 2019. It’s rare to have such a perfect combination of director, producers, actor and role, and we couldn’t be more excited to embark on this adventure with Harrison and Steven.”

Alan Horn, Chairman, The Walt Disney Studios

Harrison Ford is getting old though… Are they going to introduce some new blood to the franchise? Or will they find someone to take over the role of Mutt Williams, Indiana Jones’ son who was portrayed by Shia Labeouf (whose performance in Indiana Jones 4 hasn’t been really welcome by the franchise’s fans)? I kind of wish they would reboot the franchise with a new actor taking over the lead role though…

Are you impatient to see the fifth epic adventure in the blockbuster series? Do you have any suggestion regarding the plot of Indiana Jones 5? Tell us in the comments below!

Anyway, stay tuned with us for more details about the movie Indiana Jones 5!

Queen of the Desert Trailer

There’s a brand new trailer for Queen of the Desert, the latest drama movie written and directed by Werner Herzog and starring Nicole Kidman, Robert Pattinson, Damian Lewis, and James Franco, watch it below:

Plot synopsis:
“A curious and adventurous young woman eager to explore the world outside of England, Gertrude Bell (Nicole Kidman) goes to the British embassy in Tehran where she quickly falls in love with a secretary of the embassy, Henry Cadogan (James Franco). This sparks the beginning of a life-long adventure among the beautiful but misunderstood peoples and cultures of the Middle East. Along the way, her path intersects with archaeologist T.E. Lawrence (Robert Pattinson) also known as Lawrence of Arabia, and Major Charles Doughty-Wylie (Damian Lewis), the British Consul General in the Ottoman Empire.
The story of QUEEN OF THE DESERT is based on the true-life story of Gertrude Bell, who was a British political officer and archaeologist but ultimately a trailblazer on her terms. The story details the extraordinary adventures of Bell wrestling with the conflicts of love and tragedy, enemy and friend, and foreign and familiar as she sought to understand and unify people from different cultures.”

I wish they would not reduce Gertrude Bell to her romantic interests… and focus more on her work.

Still no official U.S. release date… I wonder why it’s taking so long, it doesn’t look that bad. What do you think?
