The premise of Cadillac Records is appealing, sure the plot is interesting, but what really catches my attention in this movie is Beyonce Knowles!

At first I was a bit worried to hear this: are they going to make a “smallvillesque” version of Street Fighter? But Director Steven E. de Souza who was in charge of the original 1994 Street Fighter movie said that Street Fighter The Legend of Chun Li should be better. So we may hope a great flick!

Director Zwick’s Defiance seems so great that Paramount has postponed the release of the movie till the end of December 2008 in order to be able to compete for the Oscar.

I think Defiance is going to be a really interesting World War II movie. But this cut of this international trailer of Defiance, by focusing on the dark forest, makes the film look like a modern version of Kevin Costner’s Robin Hood:Prince Of Thieves… Not that Kevin Costner movie was that bad, but really hope that Defiance will be better!

Looks like the next Pirates of The Caribbean movie will recenter on Jack Sparrow, the famous facetious character played by Johnny Depp. At least that’s what Director Gore Verbinski, who was in charge of the previous movies, hinted at.

They’ve been denied since, but I still believe that there is some truth in those rumors: Walt Disney Pictures may try to bargain but at the end, if they want this film to be a success, they can’t take the risk to loose Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow.

So Johnny Depp is in a position to reap millions with Pirates of The Caribbean 4!
