The movie Twilight, adapted from Stephenie Meyer’s novel of the same name, is not yet out in theaters that Summit Entertainment, the production company behind the Twilight movie, is anticipating a sequel according to Deadline Hollywood Daily (here)! We may suppose that this Twilight movie sequel would follow New Moon the second book of the Twilight series. Check the second book at:
I bet most Twilighters are glad to hear about this sequel.
The expectations will be as high as for the first movie: better for Summit Entertainment to deliver something fans may like otherwise Twilight fans will bear an eternal grudge against the production company… But I think Stephenie Meyer will oversee any sequel and is a guaranty of Twilightesque quality!

I suppose it is OK to disguise a dog for a movie… But I can’t understand people are wasting money bringing their pets in dedicated salons…. How ridiculous! Anyway, it is good for business…
;-P
Hollywood may want you to believe that the movie industry is a big family when promoting a movie, but actually it is but a big business. A stark example is reported by Slashfilm: actor Terrence Howard who played Jim Rhodes, Tony Stark’s military friend in the movie Iron Iron Man, is being replaced by Don Cheadle for Iron man 2. Marvel Studio is kicking Terrence Howard out of the loop to save money!
Well Marvel is maybe also preparing to give more weight to the character of Jim Rhodes, maybe Marvel is thinking about War Machine in Iron man 2. So Don Cheadle may be a better bet because he has indeed more experience than Terrence Howard: such experience would be welcome in case of a spin-off movie dedicated to War Machine.

I’m striving to see Captain America, but so far no convincing proof for me… It is said that he -actually his shield- appears at 2:22 mark of this alternate opening of the Incredible Hulk.
Well, I’ll have faith until I can buy a DVD so I can make my mind. For now the screen cap of Captain America frozen in the ice will be enough:
Someone should hurry to deliver Captain America from the ice though: I’m worrying for his health!
Update: Captain America is indeed in this opening, at the 2:22 mark you may spot his shield in the bottom left corner, youtube user kingmanshh has a better version and made some captures:
Click on the picture to enlarge: you’ll see Captain America under his shield, frozen in the ice!
According to trek Movie the first full-length trailer of Star Trek, the upcoming movie based on the famous sci-fi franchise and directed by J.J. Abrams, will be shown in front Quantum of Solace, the next James Bond movie. I’m incline to believe it will be so because the production company Paramount may then be able to reach a broad public.
So the trailer of Star Trek should be available by November 14, 2008 onward at:
A promotion campaign is also being prepared to reignite a Star trek craze in Europe. So we may hope some leaked footage of Star Trek quite soon too!
Update as of November 11, 2008: a counter has shown up on the official site of Star Trek the movie and it confirms that the release of the Star Trek trailer if for soon!
Update as of November 15, 2008: the trailer of Star Trek has leaked online

The chaps from FilmschoolRejects have been analyzing their promotional copy of the upcoming DVD of the Incredible Hulk and they spotted an Easter egg: it is the cameo of Captain America once promised by Director Louis Leterrier. Indeed you may remember his words:
“There’s a point when Bruce Banner gives up on his quest for the cure and decides to kill himself. So he travels far North and reaches the Arctic Circle. You might have seen bits of it in some of the promos. The result was a very dark and strong scene, which Marvel, me and everyone else considered to be too hard to young audiences to take, so we’ve cut it. Having that said, when Bruce arrives at his destination he meets up with Captain America! At some point this week, we will make it available on the internet โ but I cannot tell you where or when โ and the material will definitely be on the DVD.”
