So far two after-credits endings of Wolverine have leaked online in bootleg version: Continue reading »
The movie Wolverine: trailer, clips, photos, soundtrack, news and much more!
The role of the fatty Blob is played by Actor Kevin Durand: no worry he didn’t eat tons of hamburgers to fit in the Blob’s oversized pants. That’s a disguise.

Just check this new Wolverine movie clip:
Fox is plotting a new marketing scheme to lure people to theaters to watch the movie Wolverine: different endings will be shown! Well I suppose the main ending will be the same for everybody, but there will be more than one version of the after-credits scene : Marvel Easter eggs ahead I bet!
Not from around here
Logan (Hugh Jackman) confronts Victor Creed (Sabretooth).
This scene takes place before Logan really becomes Wolverine: no adamantium yet on his claws indeed.
Hugh Jackman is currently traveling around the world to promote the upcoming movie Wolverine. The Australian boy is definitely charming the world.
Anyway, here are two new Wolverine posters:
Wolverine will claw its way into theaters on May 1, 2009.
You may watch an extended clip of Wolverine, the final version in its full glory:
There is no denying that this Wolverine movie is going to be awesome on a theater screen with the dolby surround sound! I’m probably going to watch twice at the local theater!
Please forgive my cryptic hint below:
I’ve been weak and was subdued by the dark side…
But actually that’s to the advantage of FOX: I am more impatient than ever to see the final version of this Wolverine movie.
With the additional 20 minutes they’ve been shooting and all the finalized special effects it’s gonna be marvelous! Don’t miss it in your local theater to get the best experience from it!
I saw a great Wolverine movie poster in my local theater a while ago. But it’s only today that I finally find it online in gorgeous quality:
That’s the best mutant team ever! Everything good thing has a end…
Don’t miss the movie X-Men Origins Wolverine!
More promotional material for Wolverine, the upcoming movie starring Hugh Jackman based on the story of the famous mutant from Marvel:
A Deadpool movie and a Gambit movie are likely to get green-lit following the release of Wolverine. Comic book fans are really lucky nowadays!
Hugh Jackman had a double hat on this new Wolverine movie: he was both lead actor and producer. So, it was an ideal occasion for him to put forward his vision of Wolverine which is much closer to the comic canon than what we may have seen in the previous X-Men movies:
The character has always reminded me of Dirty Harry or Han Solo. He’s a good guy, not a nice guy. He’s got a lot of flaws, which I think is what people find so attractive about him and the X-Men. He’s struggling with who he is and what he wants. He was one of the comics’ first anti-heroes.”
(via USA Today, here.)
Hugh Jackman is epitomizing the role of Logan / Wolverine to such an extent, that if I ever meet him I’d almost expect him to show me his adamantium claws. Hugh Jackman as Wolverine rules!
FOX has released the third spot of Wolverine as promised. This new Wovlerine clip is closer to a trailer than the two previous preview clips:
Legends – X-Men Origins Wolverine
Every hero has an origin!
This Wolverine will have its Nuke-The-Fridge moment (or you may also call it its Jump-The-Shark moment):
Wolverine will chop the chopper!
A second TV spot of Wolverine has aired on FOX. This second Wolverine clip gives a glimpse of Wolverine’s life before Logan (Hugh Jackman) and Sabretooth (Liev Schreiber) went at odds:
Logan and Victor Creed were brothers in arms (actually the previous Wolverine clip is even hinting that they’re real step-brothers!) through more than one war in History!
I hope that the life of Logan / Wolverine before Weapon X will be at least half of the movie!
Below the first clip that dwells on Logan’s childhood:
Logan having claws having in his childhood is faithful to the original comic book if you’re wondering. The project Weapon X may have infused his skeleton with Adamantium, but he already had his claws since his young age.
The two other Wolverine TV spots are now available.
Here the second clip of the Wolverine movie: Continue reading »
Director Gavin Hood is helming the upcoming Wolverine movie starring Hugh Jackman as Logan aka Wolverine. We’ve got some new Wolverine pictures thanks to Spoiler TV:
Nice pictures showing Kevin Durand as the Blob:
Hard to believe that the fatty Blob above is indeed Kevin Durand who is a quite fit actor: don’t worry for his health that’s just disguise and make up.
You may remember Kevin Durand as one of the villains who attacked the island during the fourth season of Lost.
The movie X-Men Origins Wolverine will be released on May 1, 2009.
Fox is lucky to have Hugh Jackman as Logan aka Wolverine. He definitely epitomizes the uncontrollable mutant by now! Just take a look to this poster if you aren’t convinced yet:
This Wolverine movie dwells on the early life of Logan aka Wolverine. Project Weapon X is going to enrol him by force and will infuse his skeleton with adamantium, the indestructible alloy.
Do you think that the Hugh Jackman tries to use the adamantium claws of his Marvel avatar when getting mad at people? Maybe he does unconsciously! I know I would (maybe I do already…).
Extensive reshoot being done for Wolverine is causing a stir online. I won’t develop here: I think it is a pointless controversy, yep much ado about nothing… I bet that actually most people will enjoy this Wolverine movie at the end and I’m confident that Hugh Jackman will be right eventually when he says:
I can but agree with Hugh Jackman. The trailer wast gorgeous and look at this amazing cast of Wolverine:
I hope this Wolverine will be released in time: I am so impatient! Who is you favorite mutant in this Wolverine movie?
Hugh Jackman really epitomizes Wolverine by now: hard to imagine any other actor taking over the role. If I ever meet Jackman in the street I’d almost expect to see him showing off his adamantium claws!
There is no denying that this official Wolverine movie looks great.
There is a new Wolverine trailer in front of Keanu Reeves’ Earth Stood Still. A valorous fellow fans just leaked online a bootleg Wolverine movie trailer:
X Men Origins Wolverine
On May 1st
witness the origin
I really hope they will spend some time on Logan’s childhood. I wonder if they will stick to the comic book concerning his origin. The addition of Gambit so early in Wolverine’s life, even if not really respecting the time line of the Marvel comic universe, is a good sign for the fans who are craving to see a Gambit spin-off movie.
The Wolverine movie will be released on May 1st, 2009. I bet throngs are going to queue in front of theaters to see the adamantium hero!
You may check below some new Wolverine movie pictures:

I heard that the Wolverine movie will mention the childhood of Logan. Hope to have some pictures of the young Logan (played by Troye Sivan) soon.
A picture of Taylor Kitsch as Gambit in the upcoming Wolverine movie, via Empire (the January 2009 issue is a must have!):
Many are craving for a spin-off movie dedicated to gambit, but I’m not fan of the character. The idea of a stand-alone Gambit movie with Taylor Kitsch in the lead role would make the thing even less appealing… It would be definitely better if they keep their financial resources for Wolverine 2.
So let’s focus on a real Marvel hero: Wolverine!
If by any chance you know some Fox executives tell them to forget about the Gambit movie, and bring Wolverine 2!
The first Wolverine is maybe not yet out but get ready for Wolverine 2. In a recent interview given to MTV (here) Hugh Jackman, who plays the role Logan aka Wolverine in the upcoming X-Men Origins: Wolverine movie, has talked about the direction a Wolverine sequel may take:
Below a transcript where he talks about what should be done in the Wolverine movie sequel:
I totally agree with Hugh Jackman: the Japan plot sounds damned appealing! I really want this japan story to go through for the Wolverine sequel.

Wolverine’s adamantium claws vs samurai swords: sweet!
Hugh Jackman makes the cover of January 2009 issue of Empire Magazine for his role as Logan aka Wolverine in the movie X-Men Origins Wolverine:
The Marvel hero is going to destroy theater doors with his adamantium claws on May 1, 2009. So get ready for Wolverine the movie!
A Wolverine trailer will be official shown in front of The Day The Earth Stood Still in early December. It has just been announced via Coming Soon.
I guess people will rush to theaters with even more enthusiasm! Hey, an awesome movie starring Keanu Reeves, and a trailer of Wolverine starring Hugh Jackman: that’s definitely something not to miss!
I wonder if this new Wolverine movie trailer will be the same as the one that leaked online a while ago… More probably a new Wolverine trailer I think.
The Wolverine trailer shown at Comic Con has leaked on the web, here it is:
Update: A bootleg version of the Wolverine trailer shown in front of The Day the Earth Stood Still is available at –> X-Men Origins Wolverine Bootleg Trailer
Witness the origin!
X-Men Origins WOLVERINE
The Wolverine movie will blow us way for sure: it’s gonna be full of action! Wolverine is no hero for kids: he is an ambivalent hero whose deep character will captivate a more mature public.
Here some screen caps of the movie Wolverine made by Marvel Universe 616:

Who is you favorite character in the upcoming Wolverine movie?
Both Hugh Jackman (as Wolverine) and Liev Schreiber (as Sabretooth) are great actors that will make a hit of Wolverine. For sure!
